No, it is not tcp wrappers. Had the connection been denied by the tcp wrappers, you would not have gotten the line "Connected to xxxx.xxxxxxxx.com <http://xxxx.xxxxxxxx.com> (192.168.1.XYZ)." A simple " connection refused" Did you check the qmail log files ?
