Red Hat the requirement for Java Developer (3-4 years of relevant work experience) with demonstrated skills on Application Development using J2EE and related technologies. Should be capable of learning on the fly and a team player comfortable working in tandem with a virtual team. The current positing is based out of Mumbai but would involve moderate to heavy travelling on a quarterly basis for on-site projects. The candidate should also be aware of debugging models and development IDEs and models on Linux. The job might involve light physical exertion. The work environment is both virtual and real-time. The candidate should be comfortable in exercising judgement for developing methods, adopting Best Known Methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for achieving results. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, design, implementation and testing.
