Hello,
i think that both my private ip(192.168.1.1) and the external ip,say from
whatismyip.com, both should point me to the same machine for *me*, as i am *in*
the (local)network.
This i am saying so is, as i get to my routers config page from both
192.168.1.1:80 and <external_ip>:80(external_ip from whatismyip.com).

So, i just need to correctly bridge the forwarding, maybe some firewall issue
either on my desktop or possibly the router.

i am just lost as of now, need more guidance.

regards,
rohit.
