Is the ezine going to be developed openly with community support or is it going to be developed Harry Potter style with all the ensuing suspense? I have said it before and will say it again: drupal is overkill. All you need is a wiki and develop the thing in the full glare of publicity. Agreed that being on a wiki does not ensure that many people will participate - the main work will still be done by one or two people. But, if it *does* take off, participation would improve.
