Not very old. +2 years.

1100 W  of fans, exhausts, comps and lighting - relatively stable load
of about 600-700 W at power factors of about 0.6-0.7 (guessing) so about
1000 - 1100 KVA .
Rest intermittent loads like the food processor, water pump, washing
machine (without water heating and the spin cycle) etc.

All within the energy budget I guess.

They do call it a pure sinewave, but I have not connected an
oscilloscope to check. Nevertheless, however big an inductor they may
have used, they would still have their chopping frequency present in the
output. Again, I haven't checked for I don't have at hand an osciloscope
or other device combination like a step down transformer to use with the
mic jack.
