Domain registrar's job is to let you edit your WHOIS record, not to
provide you DNS. DNS should be treated as a separate service from domain
registering. If you don't need not-so-common DNS records, which are
not provided by your webhosting's DNS control panel, you can go with
your webhosting's DNS, otherwise get a dedicated DNS account also.
