If you're referring to Enterprise Content Management, then none of the above fits the bill. The only FOSS ECM I know of is Alfresco. Apart from that, if you have the couple of million $$$ to spend, you could go for Vignette or IBM DB2 Content Manager or Oracle Content Manager or Filenet or... Oh, and a portal is something else altogether. I suggest you let the list have your requirements from the package so we could give more specific solutions.
