You can make your own package in rpm format and then host a local yum repo and add it the revisor configuration files and then create your distro. I wanted to make a my own fedora custom distro which has many utilities like (picasa, mplayer etc)but never got time to do that. Two times i was failed at dependencies. Also, If you have fedora repos the change configuration for fedora repos for packages otherwise it will try to download every package from internet.
