First run wvdialconf from the terminal this will identify the serial
port to which your phone modem is connected to and write a
configuration file to /etc/wvdia.conf

check for this line in /etc/wvdial.conf
Init3 = AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "airtelgprs.com"

if not present add it.

Yes change the phone no to the displayed no.

Now type wvdial from the terminal. and I guess it should work now.
