Yes, there is no -h option, but, you will get the list of available options, and you should see an entry for "-R hostname Remove host from known_hosts file" in the output. The openssh version that you are using is available here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssh/1:4.7p1-8ubuntu1.2 The -R option is available in ssh-keygen.c file in usage(void) function.
