Their data-entry module has a linux version that i supposed to work on
Ubuntu 10.4.  It was made when forced to use Linux by the Kerala Governent.
No one gives help on this, so, if an agency wishes to sue it, they are on
their own. Hence, there is a sort of indirect promotion of widow OS, while
the talk of Open-source is all the time there when talking t events etc.
Rest of the work is being done by fewer agencies and its not clear what
they use.
