I guess by "secure authentication" you probably mean forcing use of TLS, and
requiring SMTP authentication (something like permit_sasl_authentication
after/without-preceding permit_mynetworks), then probably yes. To be sure, you
can try to test your host as open relay from outside your network (something
not listed in mynetworks).
