and thanks 4 replying....yes i am using the same card (D-Link DFE-538TX 10/100).....but at the boot time i am checking 'Enable DHCP'....my Cabelnet walla said yesterday that he has not enable DHCP on his server.....i am using 'ext2' file type on the system...
