Yes, it is probably like what you mention. The reason being that ilugd is 
somewhat like [LIH] in delhi. Most of the developers in Delhi are there in 
[LIP] anyway. When that place starts getting crowded with Delhi folks ... 
maybe we would come and hound [ILUGD] then! ;)
