Well I would l like to suggest that why doesn't the linux-delhi website has a page where people who are willing to provide and have the availblity of any linux distribution.version available with them register with details like place of residence , do they have writer etc etc . So that there isn't need for maintianning of a seperate list . These people can be send mail after some specific regular amount of time whether they are still willing to continue with it or not . IMHO this is much simple way of getting linux cd's and not popultaing the main mailling list
