exactly, and in any special interest section, everybody is a newbie in a
handful anyways....
so this would be a fascinating thing to do, month after month. i think if
this becomes popular, we could take the meetings to a fortnightly basis as
well. so more newbies can come to speed, and we have 24 sessions a year to
cover the breadth of topix.
and the ilug-d general meetings are futher points where a newbie can graduate
to intermediate topix, non-technical but strategic stuff, advocay stuff,
issues and things, and all the other equally dazzling stuff the ilug-d guys
spend their third sunday on.
