Junior grade daughter is heading off to college in the fall and plans to
take her iMac. The problem is the college wants the students to have
Firewire access. Hers does not have it. Looking at the service manuals
it would appear that it's possible to switch the I/O Panel for the one
with Firewire connectors?

Has anyone this. Any other ideas for adding Firewire to an iMac without
it?

Thanks in advance,

Jack Russell
