Hi All,

I have an external USB kodak (teac) cd-rom attached to my 350mhz slot
loading iMac running OSX. Problem is when i try and copy files from a
cd to the hard drive, it works for a while, then it always ends up
freezing. The only way to get it going is a reboot. I have no problem
burning cd's through disc burner or toast titanium.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is? It driving me nuts!!

thanks

Kath

p.s i know i should use the internal cd-rom, but it's broken! d'oh!
