Boot into OS 9, run your Epson driver installation CD that came with the printer.
Select it in the
chooser. (delete all the printers you do not own by turning them off in extension
manager if you
like) , close the chooser. Restart in OS X the printer will now be selected in the
chooser when you
run a classic app.
