Joel, I believe the 820 is a model in the Stylus Photo (as opposed to Stylus Color) line. The Stylus Photo printers use six colors instead of four and are consistently rated superior for photo printing.
I have the Stylus Photo 700 which prints photos very nicely even though it is from 1998 and a dinosaur by today's standards.
