Did you mean the Default Web BROWSER? If so then go to the Internet 
Control Panel and click on the WEB tab. At the bottom is a menu to 
select the default browser. This assuming that you are using MacOS 
9.x.x and below. I'm not sure about OS 10 but it should have 
something similar.
