Oops, I accidentally deleted the response, but the writer is correct. I had to do this a couple weeks ago. Also, the free upgrade to 4.1.2 should be installed. Click on the Apple in the top left corner and scroll down to "Control Panel." Scroll down the next menu and select "Extensions Manager". 2. At the top of the window, Please change the selected set to "OS (version) Base Set". 3. At the bottom of the window, please click on "Duplicate Set" and name it "Toast". 4. Scroll down and disable (un-check) the following extensions: a. Firewire Authoring Support b. USB Authoring Support 5. Scroll down and enable (check) the following extensions: a. Toast CD Reader b. Toast USB Support(A,B,C) c. Toast Firewire Support 6. At the bottom of the window, go ahead and click "Restart". 7. After the system is done booting, try Toast again.
