Stuart, I have a Rev.A iMac that I put a 40gb Western Digital 7200 in about a year ago (at the time, the drives were too pricey for me to go larger). I too have been thinking of going with a 120gb, and don't think I have a problem with heat - at least not on my 40gb anyway. -- J. R.
