I have an occassional problem with my internet access.
Sometimes, for no reason I can figure, suddenly I can't
connect to any sites. I can still send and receive e-mail,
but web sites do not appear. In the progress line it will
say something like "76 bits read" and then it will stall
there. This condition may last an hour, or several, but
today it was all day. When it is in this condition, very
small, simple web pages may sometimes load, but no complex
site will, or at least my patience does not last the time it
would require.

Any suggestions on what might be the cause of this? My
provider claims it is not on their end, but can offer no
explaination for this. The problem was worse when I was
using the version 90 modem, but reduced when I switched to
version 34.

Thanks!
