Hmm...maybe this is referring to 9.2.x but I have a DV400 running OS 9.1 and it's just me and the cats, so I trashed that multiple user stuff long ago. I also trashed the energy saver because I use Sleeper and have loved it for years. I haven't had any problems so far. Kari
