It really blows my mind that this sort of lawsuit hasn't already happened -- the American economy loses at least $10 BILLION a year in data, man-hours etc lost to viruses/trojans/worms/etc ... and that's BEFORE you figure in the cost of a-v software and the time/expense in maintaining it on several hundred million computers.

I think there's a suit in Korea against MS. Maybe it's been settled with an out of court payment.
Meanwhile, the Japanese , South Koreans, and the Chinese have formed a cinsortium to engineer a new OS to liberate them from MS!
