We live in a rural environment and in the all but the winter months dust is a constant problem. Once a month I take the computers (Power Macs and peecees) outside, open the case and use an air broom (leaf blower) to clean the dust out. Works great. I use the lower speed setting on our blower and hold it back a foot or so. A couple of minutes and the job is done. Because the leaf blower moves such a large volume of air it's easy to get in and under components without any disassembly.
