Hi

I think I have solved the mysterious Toast encoding problem. I had similar
problems under Tiger and now I reinstalled Panther and upgraded everything to
its
latest version have had the same problems.

Quicktime 7 which is available for Panther and is standard on Tiger has some
encoding issues with any version of Toast and I suspect any program that uses
Quicktime elements to encode.

I have yet to try it but if anyone else is experiencing the same problems give
it
a try.

Regards
