Hi, Since at least a few folks here are still using os 9 I have a question. I just re-installed a bunch of software from my old iMac to my (relatively) new one. I've installed the driver for my printer, an HP 695c, from the HP website, from the CD I have and from a shareware download site. The problem is this, I get to the point where I am supposed to select it from the chooser. The printer shows up in the left pane and I click on it, then nothing appears in the left pane and the select button does not light up. It has a usb/serial adapter cord and I am pretty sure that the software to accomodate that is on the CD I have. So what am I doing wrong? I dimly remember going trhough this once before when I upgraded to os 9, but I can't for the life of me remember specifically what I did. Any ahle people can offer would be appreciated. thanks, matt
