Wifi is for everybody--macs, pcs, playstation portables, PDAs. etc.--that know
how to configure their machine to the wifi router.

Wifi for macs is pathetically simple when the wifi router isn't set up to
require a password--the mac automatically detects the wifi router, makes a
connection, and configure the system route internet traffic and requests
through the wifi router. When the router rquires a password, the mac, like any
other machine, needs to be set up with the password and the correct protocol to
authenticate with the router.
