No. I install Tiger then go to the Panther that came with my Mac & install World Book, Iphoto & Appleworks. Did you reformat your HD? I do this on occasion. What I do is put everything I download in my home folder & leave everything outside of the home folder alone. This way I don't have to back everything up. I just back up my home folder, reformat then restore my home folder. I don't have to re- install Appleworks. However, you might consider this if all else fails.
