I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere in the thread. You can get image previews in the icons by changing the 'view options' in your finder window (check the box called something like icon shows preview). Also making the icon 128x128 helps to get an idea about what's in the file. Be aware that it can take a while to generate the preview if you have an older machine (my G3 iMac takes an age to display a large folder of files).

Very Strange: I did the following, thought it was great. Opened one of the images in Preview, rotated it, saved it and the image in the finder/folder window did not rotate!

What am I doing wrong??
