Hi everybody.

I'm using an Intel iMac and just taking my first steps into CGI programming.
I've followed the instructions on
http://www.cgi101.com/learn/connect/mac.html concerning setting up
httpd.conf for CGI and I've put a perl file called first.cgi into
/Library/WebServer/Documents and also into /Library/WebServer/CGI-Examples
(with execute permissions) but when I type http://localhost/first.cgi into
my browser window it displays the contents of the file instead of running
the program.

Can someone who's managed to get CGI working give any advice? Thanks in
advance and a Merry Christmas to all.

Mark
