I recently purchased an old iMac that used to be owned by a school, there
are two user accounts, student and teacher, the teacher (admin) account is
password protected and the person I bought it from doesn't know the
password. Is there any way to get around this? I was thinking about
re-installing the OS, how difficult would that be? I have experience with PC
OS's, but not with macs. Also, is there a place I can download the OS for
free since it's not the newest version?
Thanks for your help,
Brooks Heinlein
