I have a 2004 G4 flat screen iMac. Anytime the power goes out, it won¹t
startup again. Pushing the power button does nothing. I tried replacing
the internal clock battery, but that didn¹t seem to help. However, I¹ve
found that if I unplug it from the power strip or wall outlet for at least
eight hours or more, then plug it back in, it will startup with no problems.
Ideas?

Thanks,
Gerry
