I have covered briefly the first 2 steps of marketing and how the internet
affects it....
1. Market research and study... internet allows marketers to have access to
a wealth of information ... this makes competitive, market, social and
cultural research easier... PEST political economical social and
technological....

2. Segmentation and target marketing has changed with the internet ...
geographical segmentation is no longer practical and relevant in the world
today....
