Hello I am Tomas and I write my thesis about business strategies when
doing business on the net.
My theoretical framework should include(I
think) what the company has to take in consideration when moving from
the marketplace to the marketspace and the role that Internet has in
one-to-one communication and relationship building.I have a special
intrest in the publishing industry (both b-to-b and consumer markets)
since I am going to study how a publishing company, selling
"customized information" builds relationships(b-to-b) with customers.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with where I can
found articles or books that crosses my theme.
