Hi Image J users, We would like to do fractography analysis by FIJI. The material is plastic not metal. Our final goal is to find "Origin" of the cracks from SEM images. I consider to use Trainable weka segmentation plug-in for this. If we can get heat map image by distinguishing each pattern, it's great.
