Greetings!
Without seeing representative images in original uncompressed image
format (TIF or PNG), it is near impossible to help. I guess the
SEM-images show 16bit gray-level depth.
(You may make sample images accessible via a dropbox-like service.)
Regards
Herbie

Hi Image J users,
We would like to do fractography analysis by FIJI.
The material is plastic not metal.
Our final goal is to find "Origin" of the cracks from SEM images.
I consider to use Trainable weka segmentation plug-in for this.
If we can get heat map image by distinguishing each pattern, it's great.
Do you have any good idea for automatically finding "origin" by FIJI?
