Hi Sabina,

I don't know about MotionCorr but one possibility is that the images
contain a specific dimension  that BioFormats doesn't "know" how to handle
and/or mixes up the dimensions. I'd try playing around with the dimensions
order (XYZCT) in the opening panel.
It also might be useful to open the metadata and look for peculiarities of
the image structure.
For example in Apotome imaging if the plugin doesn't recognize the phase
dimension as separate series it shows similar garbled image, but I guess
that Electron imaging might have even more complicated structure .
