Greetings powers that be... This has been a pet peeve of mine for a while. I have tried pasting the Unicode directly into the TextRoi and failed. I usually resort to creating a macro for this as Java widgets handle Unicode. There is a similar GUI menu item (Image/Overlay/Add Image... for inserting images. It would be really nice if there was a Image/Overlay/Add Text..., that uses this popup with the ability to specify the location.
Additional request: Can the Edit/Selection/Specify... be able to create a line ROI. I would suggest, when the height OR width, not both, is blank or a value of zero/0 a line is created instead of a rectangle. Thanks in advance, Fred On Thu, September 19, 2024 12:46 pm, Michael Schmid wrote: > Hi Joseph, > > copy-paste should work in all dialogs. > > If you want to insert the µ symbol in an image with the text tool > (creating in a text ROI or text overlay), press crtl-y (CMD-y on macs) > while you enter the text.
