Ron,
I am hoping that you could help me out. I contacted Imail support yesterday
concerning an attachment problem that was just brought to my attention.
Imail support could not duplicate the problem on there end and asked for an
account on my system to try to determine what the problem is. After they
signed on and looked around for a little, they were able to duplicate the
problem and suggested that it might have something to do with the custom web
pages that we purchased from you.
The problem that I am having occurs when a user is using the signature
feature and tries to attach a file. For every file that is attached, the
signature is also placed in the text area of the message.
If you would be so kind, please sign on to my system and see if you can help
me resolve this problem.
