Sir, I can't agree with you more. The only help I have ever gotten with
imail is either my own trial and error or Ron, or this discussion list.

I keep noticing a common thread...
IpSwitch Techs seem to be trained to DENY all problems with Imail. Imail is
perfect and has no glitch.
You know... SMTP auth (according to IPswitch techs has always been perfect
when
I would call.) The funny thing is... Why do the programmers keep producing
patches and fixes for it if there were never any problems...??? maybe
because
there were.....
