How did you pay for the license?! You must have proof unless you sent them cash.
Creditcard, if they can't find you, just refute the charge and they WILL find you, or
you get your money back and can just purchase it again.
Check or Money order, contact your bank and get a copy of the cashed check, send it to
them by fax.
