I have a problem like this. I might as well ask it now seeing as though it
may pertain to Bill's question.
I used to have 2 domains in imail each with their own IP. Im not sure
what I did but now both those domains (actually mail1.domain.com and
mail2.domain.com) are linked with one IP address. Now when I make a change
to one domain the other changes right along with it and I cant retrieve the
IP that is not being used any longer.
What I want to do is get rid of the sub domains and set things up correctly
using just domain.com. Then I want mail1.domain.com and mail2.domain.com to
be virtual domains using the DB that domain.com is using. We have users
that use mail1.domain.com and mail2.domain.com. It seems like that makes
things a bit more tricky.
How do I set things up like that with minimal downtime and so that users
won't have to log in using the full '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'

Subject: [imail] Multiple IP Addresses
Has anyone had the problem of Imail taking all port 80 IP Addresses?
We would like to have IP address A as a simple IIS website with IP address B
as the address for Imail's web service.
When we do this, IMail takes port 80 on both addresses which essentially
downs our website.
It seems as though IPSwitch made it so that any IP addresses defined in the
Network Protocol section of NT would be used by Imail and can't be
changed...
Any ideas how to get around this?
Regards,
Bill
