Outlook and Outlook Express also clip long URLs, just not at 65
characters. This is a user-education issue. There will usually be
clipped URLs in SOME email message or other, many messages include a
warning to this effect and alternate instructions for cut and paste or
some such coping mechanism. Can't be helped.
