sure you can, you "should" be able to create an MX record for each an 
every domain.com and host.domain.com.

DNS? yes, W2K DNS? a little.

At this point, what exactly is your pb?

1. DNS isn't set up MX's so the "SMTP clients" can't find the right 
ip to send their mail to?

2. The mail arrives at the right ip (DNS ok), but Imail rejects it?

Remind what zone your trying to get working. I'll "dig" around a bit.
