Why are you moving messages into the Draft folder? The draft folder is for
the system to use when saving composed but un-sent messages, and the IMail
engine uses special control characters in the body to identify it properly.

There is no way to control what happens to the body of the message when it
hits the Draft folder in that way. Do we need to remove the Draft folder
from the Move To lists? My guess is Yes, but keep in mind the stock
templates behave the same way. We'll add this to our list of future
enhancements.
