Hi Ron and everyone,
To import the ooutlook address book should not be too much of a problem.
Maybe we should sugest this as a "next feature"
All that would really need to be done to accomplish that is for the client
to export the address book as a csv (delimited) file, and then upload it to
the sever that would just read the data and insert it at the relevant
location....the client would just need to save the file to a known location
then send the file to the server in much the same way as adding an
attachment!!!
I have done this before with asp, so it should not be to difficult with js
or something similar.
RON: What I will do is take a peak at some of my old back-up media and see
if I can find the code that I used, it should atleast give you a starting
point......I get back to you on that early next week :)
