There have been people that have made programs that analyze Imail's logs.  None that are recent however.  Is anyone thinking about making one?  I think it would be an extremely beneficial app for all Imail admins to have.  So, I guess what I'm saying is, will someone make one?  :)  I'm not sure how difficult it is from a programmers standpoint.  But I Thought I'd ask.

Yes, we're still looking at creating a log analyzer for IMail.  We've had a lot of positive feedback so far, but not enough to justify the development time.

What we had/have in mind is an RDBMS driven, real time, graphical display reporting tool for both sys logs and web mail logs. Seeing as Borland has released Interbase as open source, and may be freely distributed, the RDBMS footprint would be around 4.5 megs of disk space, and around 3 megs of RAM.  Very little CPU time, depending on the activity of IMail, the degree and depth of reporting desired, etc.

This product would be a commercial release, not freeware.
Any comments would be appreciated.
